POLICIES & PROCEDURES

REGISTRATION: Registration opens online beginning July 21, 2025. There is no tuition due at time of registration. Account statements will go out August 26 and first installments will be due September 1. If your account is on auto-pay, it will run on the 1st of every month. Payment may be made by credit card, ACH, zelle, check, or cash. Registration fee ($25/dancer) is waived for any dancer registered by August 22, 2025 


TUITION: Tuition is based on total number of classes within a full dance year beginning September 2025 and ending mid-June 2026, conveniently split into 10 monthly installments beginning September 1, 2025 and ending June 1, 2026. All accounts require a valid card on file. Monthly accounts not on autopay/ACH that are not paid by the 5th of the month will incur a $25 late fee charged to the card on file and student will not be admitted into class until account is paid up to date. Returned checks or credit card charge-backs will incur a $35 fee. No refunds under any circumstances. A pro-rated refund may be given under extreme circumstances.   


DISCOUNTS: Register by August 22 to take advantage of our discounts. 

1-3 Classes/household/year                       7% discount, 10 month installment plan 

1-3 Classes/household/year paid in full    10% discount  

4+ Classes/household/year                       10% discount if paid in full OR 10 month installment plan 


PERFORMANCES: There are 2 annual performance opportunities, a winter show (December 12, 2025) and a year-end recital mid-June (TBA). These shows are a chance to showcase your skills, build your confidence, and share your love of dance with others. We do not charge a fee to participate in either show. We may also add other community performance opportunities throughout the year. All performance opportunities are optional.  


WINTER SHOW:  Our annual Winter Show will be held Friday, December 12, 2025. 2 shows will be held on the same night. Each class will perform 1 dance per show and may incur a costume fee up to $30 (due October 16, 2025). Tickets go on sale beginning December 1st and are first come, first served general admission tickets. 

  

ANNUAL RECITAL: Our annual recital will be held mid-June.  As soon as dates and times are set, they will be communicated with families. This performance includes a dress rehearsal day AND a recital day with two shows. Each class will perform 1 dance and incur a costume fee ($80-$100 per costume per class). Dancers are required to perform in BOTH shows.  Costume measurements will be taken early December. Costume fees are due January 5, 2026 and will be charged to the card on file. If you wish to pay zelle/cash/check, please make arrangements before the due date. Picture day will be held May 2025 TBA. Tickets go on sale June 1, 2026 and are first come, first served general admission tickets.    


OPENING NUMBER: Opening number is the first dance in our annual recital.  It is open to Slashie, Green, Purple, and Blue level dancers.  Registration and rehearsal schedule will be released in February. Cost is $100/dancer and includes a recital t-shirt.  Costume will be recital t-shirt, black shorts, and tights.  


CLASSES: A minimum of 4 students are required for a class to run. We reserve the right to cancel a class that does not meet minimum enrollment requirements. In the event a class does not run, we will make every effort to accommodate the student.   


CHILDREN 6 AND UNDER: There must be an adult available on-site or nearby to assist the child with changing shoes and using the restroom.    


CANCELLED/MISSED CLASSES: Please notify the studio if a class will be missed for any reason. There are no refunds or credits for missed classes. We reserve the right to cancel classes due to weather or any other reason. Missed classes may be made-up within 4 weeks in a similar class. This can be scheduled directly through admin@c2performingarts.com . 


DANCE ETIQUETTE: Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your scheduled class time. Appropriate dance attire should be worn for class and hair should be secured away from the face. No dragging hemlines or jeans/street clothes. Please bring a water bottle. No gum, drinks, or food is allowed in the dance rooms. Dancers may store their belongings at their own risk.  C2 Performing Arts, Inc. and its staff are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please leave valuables at home.
