POLICIES & PROCEDURES

REGISTRATION: Students may be registered in-person (August 5, 2024 from 5pm-7:30pm) or online (beginning August 7, 2024) and accounts will not be due until September 1. Payment may be made by cash, check, zelle, credit card, or ACH. We offer the convenience of auto-pay or ACH. We do not charge a registration fee.
TUITION: Tuition is based on total number of classes within a full dance year beginning September 3, 2024 and ending mid-June 2025. Monthly accounts not on autopay/ACH that are not paid by the 5th of the month will incur a $25 late fee and student will not be admitted into class until account is paid up to date. Returned checks or credit card charge-backs will incur a $35 fee. No refunds under any circumstances. A pro-rated refund may be given under extreme circumstances.
DISCOUNTS: Must be registered by August 31 for the entire season to take advantage of our discounts.
Pay in full options are cash, check, zelle, ACH, or credit card.

1-2 classes per family per year, full year tuition paid in full = 8% discount.
3+ classes per family per year = 8% discount. Pay in full or 10 month autopay plan.
5+ classes per family per year = 11% discount. Pay in full or 10 month autopay plan.
PERFORMANCES: There are 2 annual performance opportunities, a winter show held December 12, 2024 and a year-end recital mid-June. These shows are a chance to showcase your skills, build your confidence, and share your love of dance with others. We do not charge a fee to participate in either show. We may also add other community performance opportunities throughout the year. All performance opportunities are optional.
WINTER SHOW: Our annual Winter Show will be held December 12, 2024. 2 shows will be held on the same day. Each class will perform 1 dance per show and may incur a costume fee up to $25. Tickets go on sale beginning December 2nd and are first come, first served general admission tickets.
ANNUAL RECITAL: Our annual recital will be held mid-June. As soon as dates and times are set, they will be communicated with families. This performance includes a dress rehearsal day AND a recital day with multiple shows. Each class will perform 1 dance per show and incur a costume fee ($80-$120 per costume per class. non-refundable). Costume measurements will be taken last week of October. Choice to participate in recital must be made by November 22, 2024. Costume fees are due November 22, 2024. Picture day will be held May 4, 2025. Tickets go on sale May 27, 2025 and are first come, first served general admission tickets.
CLASSES: A minimum of 4 students are required for a class to run. We reserve the right to cancel a class that does not meet minimum enrollment requirements. In the event a class does not run, we will make every effort to accommodate the student.
CHILDREN 6 AND UNDER: There must be an adult available on-site or nearby to assist the child with changing shoes and using the restroom.
CANCELLED/MISSED CLASSES: Please notify the studio if a class will be missed for any reason. There are no refunds or credits for missed classes. We reserve the right to cancel classes due to weather or any other reason. Missed classes may be made-up within 4 weeks in a similar class. This can be scheduled directly with Giordanna.
DANCE ETIQUETTE: Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your scheduled class time. Appropriate dance attire should be worn for class and hair should be secured away from the face. No dragging hemlines or jeans/street clothes. Please bring a water bottle. No gum, drinks, or food is allowed in the dance rooms. Dancers may store their belongings at their own risk. C2 Performing Arts, Inc. and its staff are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please leave valuables at home. Dancers are to be respectful to each other and the studio. *If your class falls on this day off, you may schedule a make-up class within 4 weeks.
